Polymatchmaker.com Terms of Service Agreement:
Polymatchmaker.com, is a product of ChronoViking Enterprises and is managed by ChronoViking Enterprises.
Polymatchmaker.com will hereby be referred to as PMM within this Terms of Service Agreement.
ChronoViking Enterprises will hereby be referred to as CVE within this Terms of Service Agreement.
This Terms of Service Agreement will hereby be referred to as TOS Agreement within this Terms of Service Agreement.
What this product or service is:
PMM, a product of CVE, is a social networking service that allows Members to create personal profiles and communicate in various ways online through the PMM website. The services offered by CVE include the PMM website as a whole, its’ chat room, forums, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time. All CVE products and services are hosted in the United States and are governed by the legal terms and laws of the United States.
What is a "Terms of Service Agreement" and who it effects:
This TOS agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the PMM website and any and all products and services of CVE. By using PMM, a product of CVE, you agree to be bound by this TOS agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" or a "Member".
A "Visitor" is defined as a person who simply looks at any available and applicable website content prior to becoming a member or chooses not to become a member. A "Visitor" may also be incidental or accidental which means that the PMM website was not the intended link by the "Visitor"; however the "Visitor" has viewed some portion of the website, this includes content and/or graphics.
A "Member" is defined as a person who has registered their own unique profile with PMM, or any product or service of CVE, and has been allocated one of the following titles; "Basic Member", "Trial Member", "Premium Member", "Lifetime Member", and/or "Moderator".
The above-mentioned allocated titles allow the "Member" different levels of access which are clearly defined when creating a "New Member Profile" or "Editing Member Profile.
Upon registration, you have the option to be either a "Basic Member" or a "Premium Member".
TeamPMM, a managed system which supports the product PMM, and is governed by CVE, elects certain "Members" with additional allocated titles and responsibilities such as "Moderator" and "Lifetime Member." All allocated titles are governed by this TOS agreement.
Here is a condensed explanation of some of the differences between Member allocations:
A "Basic Member" is defined and a person, over the age of 18, who willingly joins PMM, a product of CVE, and supplies the website with unique and personal information to begin and create a profile. The "Basic Member" is given more access then a "Visitor" to pages within PMM, but limited rights within the website as a whole.
A "Trial Member" is defined as a person, over the age of 18, who willingly joins PMM, a product of CVE, and supplies the website with unique and personal information to begin and create a profile, and who is therefore given more access to the webpage's of PMM then a "Visitor" or a "Basic Member" such as the ability to add more photos and store sent emails. If chat functions are available for PMM, a "Trial Member", at the discretion of CVE, may receive access to enter and converse within the PMM website chat area as long as they adhere to all areas of the TOS agreement. A "Trial Member/Membership" is for a limited time to be determined by CVE. Once the "Trial Membership" expires, the Members' status will revert to "Basic Member" unless the Member chooses to become a "Premium Member." "Trial Members/Memberships" are given at the discretion of TeamPMM, managed by CVE and can be used during promotional periods or during times when appropriate for CVE.
A "Premium Member" is defined and a person, over the age of 18, who willingly joins PMM, a product of CVE, and supplies the website with unique and personal information to begin and create a profile, and who is therefore is given more access to the webpage’s of PMM then a "Visitor" or a "Basic Member" or a "Trial Member" such as the ability to send unlimited messages to other members. If chat functions are available for PMM, a "Premium Member" will also receive access to enter and converse within the PMM website chat area as long as they adhere to all areas of the TOS agreement.
Premium Membership means that you have chosen to pay to subscribe to PMM for a monthly access fee as described at the time of registration. You may also upgrade or downgrade your member status from "Basic" to "Premium" and vice versa under your account settings. Subscriptions are set at monthly intervals from the date of subscription meaning that, and for example only, if you choose to subscribe on March 21st, you will be charged the subscription fee monthly against your account on the 21st of each month thereafter. If you subscribe on the 31st day of the month, your subscription will be billed on the 1st for months that do not contain a 31st day.
You will be offered two payment options. One option is to use Paypal and the other is to send a check/money order. If you use Paypal, "ChronoViking Enterprises" will appear on your account billing statement. If you choose to pay with a check/money order, make it payable to "ChronoViking Enterprises" and send it to: ChronoViking Enterprises/PMM PO Box 712226; Santee, CA 92072-2226. Note that you must correctly list your User Name on the memo section of your check/money order to insure that the subscription is added correctly to your account. Checks must clear our bank as funded before your subscription is added to your account. For faster service, Paypal may be a better choice for your membership subscription, however the choice is yours. For more information about Paypal, please visit their site www.paypal.com.
The term "User" refers to a "Visitor" or a "Member" in any of the pre-mentioned classifications. You are only authorized to use PMM or any product or service by CVE if you agree fully to abide by all applicable laws and to this TOS agreement in its entirety.
Please read this TOS agreement carefully and save it to your personal computer or anywhere you may refer to it for future use. If you do not agree to all provisions laid out within this TOS agreement, you should leave the PMM website immediately.
If you wish to become a Member ("Basic" or "Premium") or if you have been elected to "Lifetime Member" or "Moderator", and would like to communicate with other Members and make use of the PMM website, you must read this TOS agreement in its entirety and indicate your acceptance during the Registration process.
This TOS agreement includes the policy for acceptable use of the PMM website, content and services as well as your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of any products and services offered by CVE.
CVE may modify this TOS agreement at any time and with or without notice. Any modifications to the TOS agreement shall be effective and enforced upon the date it is posted to the PMM website. By being a "User" as defined above, you agree to be bound to any changes to this TOS agreement when you use or view any content or page within the PMM website after any such modification has been posted. It is therefore important that you review this TOS agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
Please choose carefully the information you choose to post on the PMM website and any other product or service by CVE that can be viewed by "Users". CVE is not responsible for protecting any information that you choose to place within your profile, forums, blogs or any page within the PMM website that are viewable by any "User" at any level of "Visitor" or "Member".
Content:
For the purposes of this TOS Agreement, the word "Content" refers to copy, verbiage, anything typed, processed, noted, posted, uploaded, and designed for the purpose of listing, blogging, creating a profile, posting and/or chatting. Though not a complete list, "Content" is anything viewable by anyone at any time on any page within the PMM website or any product and/or service of CVE.
The following is a list of items that may not be listed within your profile, blogs, forums, chat rooms or any such place whereas you may post within the PMM website or any product or service of CVE. This list is not inclusive, but is to be used as basic guidelines for what is not appropriate "Content" or imagery.

Non-inclusive prohibited list for "Content"; email addresses, web addresses, urls, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, and any photographs containing children, nudity, or obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter, is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; contains violence; solicits personal information from or displays an unobstructed face of anyone under 18; provides any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names; promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files; involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chainletters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming"; contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page); furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users; involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; or includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person's consent.
CVE understands that each "User" has their own opinion what they consider questionable subject matter, however note that PMM and any and all products and services of CVE are not public property but are private property as some level of Membership is required to post/edit within the PMM website. It is within CVEs’ rights to judge "Content" and imagery and to remove such "Content" and/or imagery that it deems inappropriate at any time and with or without notice. In addition, and regarding inappropriate verbiage, CVE via TeamPMM has elected "Moderators" who retain the responsibility to oversee content on Forums, Blogs and available Chat rooms. If for any reason a "Moderator" deems content inappropriate for the PMM audience, the "Moderator" is well within their rights to do any of the following; (a) ask any member to cease and desist (b) remove a member from a forum, blog or chat room. Removal from a forum, blog, or chat room can be of any length of time from 10 minutes to permanent block, meaning no future access will be granted to that member at any future time. If a member has been banned for any length of time and they are a paid a/o “Premium Member” CVE will not, and is not responsible to reimburse any monies collected as part of the "Premium Membership". Note; the product PMM maintains daily, weekly, monthly and yearly logs of all content including deleted content and therefore is prepared to assist any "User" with questions regarding appropriate and inappropriate content. CVE firmly believes that all of its products and services should be a safe and friendly environment for all of its' "Users" and will take steps to make sure that everyone is treated with respect and fairness.
Note that despite this prohibition, information provided by other PMM "Users" (for instance, in their Profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and CVE assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misuse of the PMM website by any person, please contact TeamPMM, managed by CVE, or click on the "Report This Member" link at the bottom of any PMM profile and an alert will be sent to TeamPMM or you can email directly to TeamPMM@polymatchmaker.com
CVE reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision.
Eligibility:
Use of and Membership on PMM or any product or service of CVE is void where prohibited. By using the PMM website, a product of CVE, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the PMM website does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Your profile will be deleted and your Membership will be terminated without warning, or a ban instituted upon your profile and revocation of privileges, if we believe any of the following; (a) that you are under 18 years of age or (b) you are spamming or soliciting members for any type of service (c) or your profile has been flagged as inappropriate 3 times within a six-month period or (d) you have been asked to alter/remove/delete certain "Content" within your profile or any place within the website available to leave "Content" and you have not within a 72 hour period or (e) threatened or harassed any "User" on PMM or any product or service of CVE.
Term:
This TOS agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you are a "User" of the PMM website and any product or service by CVE. If you elect to become a "Member" at any level or elected allocation, you may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason. In addition, CVE retains the right to terminate your Membership at any time, and with or without warning and/or notice. Even after Membership is terminated, the entire TOS agreement and any alterations to the TOS agreement made after termination will remain in effect. Note that if you are a "Premium Member" canceling or deleting your account will not stop the billing process if you subscribe to the PMM website using Paypal. It is your responsibility to go to Paypal's website directly to cancel your subscription with us. Their website is: www.paypal.com. It is not the responsibility of CVE to cancel your Paypal subscription to any of its products or services.
Membership Subscriptions:
Becoming a "Premium Member" of PMM is your choice. Upgrading membership to "Premium Member" from "Visitor" or "Basic Member" grants that specific "User", through subscription fee’s, access to functions of PMM that are limited to other non-paid "Users". You acknowledge that CVE, reserves the right to charge for selected services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If CVE terminates your Membership because you have breached the TOS agreement, or you manually cancel your own account, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of your membership subscription.
Password:
When you sign up to become a Member, "Basic", "Premium", "Lifetime", and/or "Moderator", you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify TeamPMM, managed by CVE, immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. Non-commercial Use by "Users":
The PMM product is to be used for the personal use of "Users" only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by CVE. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the PMM website and any other product or service of CVE, including but not limited to, collecting usernames and/or email addresses of "Users" by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email (SPAM) or unauthorized framing of or linking to the PMM website or any product or service of CVE is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from "User" profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the PMM website or any product or service of CVE. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other "Users" to buy or sell any products or services through any product or service of CVE. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other PMM "Users".
The following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the PMM Website and any and all products and services by CVE. CVE reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: Criminal or torturous activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets, advertising to, or solicitation of, any "User" to buy or sell any products or services through the PMM website or any product and/or service of CVE.
CVE reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a "User" may send to other "Users" in any 24-hour period to a number which CVE deems appropriate in its sole discretion. If you breach this Agreement and send unsolicited bulk email, instant messages or other unsolicited communications of any kind through the PMM website or any product and/or service of CVE, you acknowledge that you will have caused substantial harm to PMM, but that the amount of such harm would be extremely difficult to ascertain. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, you agree to pay CVE $50.00 (Fifty US Dollars) for each such unsolicited email or other unsolicited communication you send through the PMM website or any product and/or service of CVE
Proprietary Rights in "Content" on the PMM Website and any product and/or service of CVE:
CVE does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, graphics, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that "Users" post to the PMM website or any product or service of CVE. This "Content" includes and is not limited to, the forums, private messages, chats, and Member profiles.
After posting Content to the PMM website, "Users" continue to retain all ownership rights in such "Content", and "Users" continue to have the right to use their "Content" in any way they choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any "Content" on or through the PMM website, you hereby grant to CVE and any of its products or services limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such "Content" solely on and through any of CVE products and services.
Without this license, CVE would be unable to provide services. For example, without the right to modify "User" "Content", CVE would not be able to format "Content" to satisfy technical requirements, and without the right to publicly perform "User" "Content", CVE could not allow "Users" to view "Content" posted by "Users". The license you grant to ChronoViking Enterprises and any of its products and/or services is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your "Content" to anyone else in addition to the PMM website), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that CVE is not required to pay you for the use on the PMM website of the "Content" that you post), and worldwide (because the Internet and the products and services provided by CVE such as PMM are global in reach). This license will terminate at the time you remove your "Content" from the PMM website. The license does not grant CVE the right to sell your Content, nor does the license grant CVE the right to distribute your "Content" outside of any of the services and products offered by CVE.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the "Content" posted by you on or through the PMM website or any product and/or service of CVE, or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your "Content" on or through the PMM website or any product and/or service of CVE, does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any "Content" posted by you to or through the PMM website or any product a or service of CVE.
Copyright Policy.
You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of CVE to terminate Membership privileges of any "User" who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of prompt notification to CVE by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the PMM website or any product or service of CVE, in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the owners with the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the CVE; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. "CVEs' Content"
All "Content", imagery, and graphics provided, drafted, posted and/or created for the PMM website and any product and/or service of CVE is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and CVE owns and retains all such rights.
You may not use or copy any portion of CVEs' "Content", imagery or graphics found or located on the PMM website or any product and/or service of CVE for any purpose including but not limited to, transmission, resource, gathering data, and/or subject interest without verifiable written consent of CVE.
Member Disputes.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other PMM "Users". CVE endeavors, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other "Users". CVE is also not responsible for any outcome from "User" disputes.
Privacy.
Use of the PMM website and any product or service of CVE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can also be found on the PMM website. Please read it in its entirety.
Modifications, Cancellations, and Temporary Failures of Service;
CVE reserves the right to at any time modify, discontinue or cancel any portion of the PMM website with or without notice. There are occasions both during system maintenance and system glitches where there will be temporary failures of service in some or all area's of the PMM website. You agree that CVE shall not be liable to you or any third party for losses to service, information, emails, posts or any "Content". You also agree that CVE is also not required to refund any portion of pre-paid subscriptions due to a system glitch or failure unless said failure affects the entire PMM website as a whole and the entire PMM website is unavailable for use for more then 16 consecutive days. If the PMM website is completely unavailable to the public on the 17 consecutive day, CVE will credit back to the beginning of the last month of pre-paid subscriptions by active "Premium Members" only. (example, no more then one month subscription will be credited per existing active "Premium Members"). You agree that if you are not a "Premium Member" and this instance does occur, CVE has no financial obligation to you.
Disclaimers. CVE is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate "Content" posted or downloaded on the PMM website or any of its products or services, whether caused by a "User" of the PMM website or any product or service of CVE or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the PMM website.
Profiles created and posted by Members on the PMM website may contain links to other websites. CVE is not responsible for the "Content" accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by CVE. Inclusion of any linked website on the PMM website or any product or service of CVE does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by the PMM website. When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. CVE takes no responsibility for third party advertisements which are posted on the PMM website and any product or service of CVE, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by its advertisers.
CVE is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any "User" of the PMM website or any product or service of CVE. CVE assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any "User"or Member communication. CVE is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the CVE products and services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to "Users" or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the PMM website or any product or service of CVE. Under no circumstances shall CVE be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the PMM website or any product or service of CVE, attendance at a sanctioned or unsanctioned website event, from any "Content" posted on or through the PMM website and/or any other product or service of CVE or from the conduct of any "Users" of any product and/or service of CVE whether online or offline.
The PMM website and any product and/or service of CVE are provided "AS-IS" and as available expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. CVE cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of any of its products and/or services.
In addition to the preceding and other provisions of this TOS Agreement, any advice that may be posted on the PMM website and any product and/or service of CVE is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to replace or substitute for any professional, financial, medical, legal, or other advice. CVE makes no representations or warranties and expressly disclaims any and all liability concerning any treatment, action by, or effect on any person following the information offered or provided within or through the PMM website and any product and/or service of CVE. If you have specific concerns or a situation arises in which you require professional or medical advice, you should consult with an appropriately trained and qualified specialist.
Limitation on Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL CVE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF CVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, CVEs' LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO CVE FOR THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.
U.S. Export Controls. Software available in connection with the PMM website and any product and/or service of CVE (the "Software") is further subject to United States export controls. No Software may be downloaded from the PMM website and any product and/or service of CVE or otherwise exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. export laws. Downloading or using the Software is at your sole risk.
Disputes. If there is any dispute about or involving the PMM website or any product and/or service of CVE, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the State of California, City of San Diego. Either CVE or you may demand that any dispute between CVE and you about or involving the CVE products and/or services must be settled by arbitration utilizing the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in San Diego, California, USA, provided that the foregoing shall not prevent CVE from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold CVE, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the PMM website and any product and/or services of CVE.
Services in violation of this TOS agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any "Content" that you post on the PMM website or any product and/or service of CVE causes CVE to be liable to another.
Other. This TOS agreement is accepted upon your use of the PMM website and any product and/or service of CVE and is further affirmed by you becoming a "Member" at any level. This TOS agreement constitutes the entire TOS agreement between you and CVE regarding the use of CVE's products and/or services. The failure of CVE to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this TOS agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this TOS agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. This TOS agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this TOS agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this TOS agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

You agree that CVE is not liable in any way for any "Content" by CVE or any of it's "Users" listed within any of its products and/or services. You agree that CVE is not liable for any advice given by CVE or any of it's "Users". CVE suggests seeking advice from trained professionals. You agree that CVE is not liable for the conduct of its "Users" or CVE representatives . You agree to practice safe internet protocols such as researching anyone that attempts in any way to contact you, this includes, but is not limited to, emails, blogging, posts, chatting or any online/internet and/or real world encounters. You also agree to research any person or persons prior to contacting them in any way including, but not limited to, emails, blogging, posts, chatting or any online/internet and/or real world encounters. You agree that CVE is not liable for any misleading information given by any of it's "Users" of it's products and/or services. You agree that CVE is not liable for any harm (financial, physical, spiritual and/or mental) brought to you via online or real world contact by any "Users" of CVEs' products and or services.
